Hello and welcome to the Universal Conscious Practice community. Good to see you here, and let's see if we can't get some decent discussion going on the Practice - and some decent posts which can show newbies what it's all about, and how it can be useful!

I'd like to get the ball rolling by inviting comment on the following insight which came at the endpoint of a half-hour session I did last night:

Being who I really am is unsafe. But being someone else makes me feel suffocated and angry.

Discuss.

Greetings

Hi,

Thanks for setting this up. I'm based in London, England and first came across UCP a few years back. I tried it around this time last year when I was feeling a bit depressed and it improved my mood no end.

This time, I'm doing sessions because another technique I have been using had reached a kind of saturation point. (Or rather I had reached that point with regards to the process.)

I had a great insight today with regards to money. I am now much able to confront issues relating to finance instead of pretending they don't exist or 'haven't got anything to do with spirituality'.

As regards the insight you had at the EP of your session last night, what is it you would like to discuss exactly?

Cheers,
Tim

Re: Greetings

Hello Tim - did you follow the link I posted on alt.ucp?

If you read my "back in the fold" message, you'll know that I am increasingly sceptical that the "UCP Chart" as developed by the practice's founder. I'd be interested to know whether you, as someone who've been out of the loop for a while, still find the Chart/Plot a useful "map of the territory" or not.
