AboutThe Universal Conscious Practice has been described as do-it-yourself psychotherapy, a meditation technique, a spiritual practice or "psychic housecleaning". It was developed by Konchok Penday and first published online in the late 1990s. All materials related to UCP are free of charge. The technique can be learned in ten minutes, and is a remarkably simple, quick and effective way to achieve whatever emotional, psychic, mental or spiritual "upgrades" you might feel in need of.
